On Wednesday September 26, the Metropolitan New York Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute will present its annual trade show and education conference in New York. This year the full-day event focuses on sustainability, with the topic Refining Green.
Several hundred architects, engineers, designers and construction professionals are expected to attend the event, which will feature Richard A. Cook, partner at Cook + Fox Architects as the the keynote speaker. In addition to networking opportunities and leads, Refining Green will include a diverse offering of seminars and planned exhibit time. The day will conclude with a wine and cheese party, from 5pm-to 7pm.
The event will be held in Gotham Hall, 1356 Broadway at 36th Street, from 9am to 7pm.
Co-sponsors are the NY Chapter USGBC, AIA New York Chapter, New York Industrial Retention Network, Industrial & Technology Assistance Corporation, IIDA/NY, and Professional Women in Construction.
